Were do i start Ok i have a eurovox box which works ok i can watch all the channels etc apart from sports films, i put in my nthell box in and i get a bad signal with the anolog channels, and no digital channels will come on just the screen at the bottom of the tv saying bbc 3or sky 1 etc but no picture.So when i put back in my euro vox box i get all the channels backs and perfect analog channels. Does anyone no why this is have i a fawlty nt hell box..
Did you put your new card into your ntl box? plug it in tonight and leave it in overnight, it'll be working by the morning
Yes i have did that leave it over night i did have it all working about 2 months ago when first got the card. Then i thought id put the nthell box back again to see what it was like. And i left it over night.Very Bad fuzzy analog reception and no digital recepton.I put back in eurovox perfect analog and all my digital are there.Must be a faulty box hate ringing NTHELL,maybe if i ring now they will answer by xmas.
