    hi between myself and my kids we have 4 eurovox max v all of them are doing the same thing they wont upgrade the new codes ive been watching this page and im trying to manualy input the codes i can do the too lines the 00 and the 01 im lost about the provider i dont know what to input where the oo oo boxes at the top im in dublin on n-- any info on this also when i tried to save using the blue button nothing happened can i save with the ok button

    press menu then yellow button(text)provider id 54-01 then key in codes using the guide save and exit
