    HOW DO I GET MY FACTORY SETTINGS BACK ON TO MY BOX .THANKS

    menu. config. clear data. *enter pin code* choose factory default. choose symbol rate for your area press ok.

    You will have no transponders or channels. You must do a full scan to find the transponders again.

    Good luck and when you've don that, fix your faulty keyboard.
