I am in Dublin and I have tried scanning on all the different symbol rates and its doing nothing. It was working fine one day next day it just stopped it was shoeing the epg for a while now im not even getting that it will scan for ages and then when it gets to the bit to save the channels it says no transponders to scan.

Do a Factory Default by pressing , (Menu) pull right to (Config) pull down then (OK) on (Clear Data) enter 0000 or 1004 for your pin then highlight (factory default) this will then load,

Press OK and wait for it to finish.

Now that you have completed the Factory default you can scan for your channels, go back to the (Menu) screen then (installation) and (OK) on **(User Installation)** again enter 0000 or 1004 as your pin, Now press the yellow button for (Power Scan)

Set the configuration exactly the same as the below,

    Start-260.00
    Stop-460.00
    SymR--6.887
    SymR--0.000
    SymR--0.000
    SymR--0.000
    Step--8

Once the values have been entered press ok to power-scan

I tried that and got the exact same message "no transponder to scan" it scans through and then when you have to press red to update chanels thats the message that comes up.

You dont have to press red? check the back of he box and make sure your cable feed is plugged in the RF in socket and not the ant socket.
