Hi Bruce, All you need is this file Sorry could'nt get a direct link. http://www.4shared.com/dir/3042613/f6e3421c/sharing.html Select eurovox/eurovox pvrs/firmware/latest firmware/latest ex1100usb firmware/ex100 sept 25th beta .rar Put it on your usb pen drive,After you put your pen drive into the side of the box,Go to menu/tools upgrade by usb, Select the file and your good to go.
