I reload windows on my dell dimension 8100 with windows xp sp2 and when i go to start, turn of computer, and the screen comes up, all three buttons are there: standby, restart and turnoff except the standby button is greyed out. I cannot click on it. And if i press shift hibernate doesnt show up either. When i go to power options in control panel my powere scheme is on presentaion but there is no standby option anywhere. If anyone knows even the littlest thing please help me.
