Every time i try to connect to my xbox after i solved a minor problem i get:

    i get:
    Connecting to 192.168.0.1
    Connection failed (Connection refused)
    what does that mean please help!!!

    I'd check and see if your username and password are correct in your ftp connection settings. Double check the settings in the xbox too.
