Do i need to turn on the Region Free thing on again? just wondering cuz i havent tried a game out of my region yet thanks
Nope Settings are saved. You will notice if you go back to the config disc it will say its off, but thats just how the disc is set up.
This is because in order to use "true" stealth the modchip can't store the settings in such a way that they can be accessed. Also I would suggest getting backups of a game from your region. A lot of hassle can be involved with different region games, and potentially a lot of very serious problems can result from being careless with imports.
