evo - x dashboard probelm

    my xbox is modchipped EVO X and whenever i turn on my xbox with no disc inside, the default xbox dhasboard comes up.Any reason why?Shouldnt the evo x dashboard come up?Anyone know how to fix this?

    retransfer your evoxdash.xbe over to the xbox. (or whatever it was called)
    did you change anything recently?
