You will have to buy an i-connect adaptor to connect A750 to internet to enable your box to view all channels. You will then have to install new firmware for i-connect

You have all the hardware. I presume your i-connect is connected to router with LAN cable. The firmware you need is A750+i-connect 9/9/10 Go to menu on box & click S/W update, that should install firmware for you. After S/W update check SYSTEM INFO on menu & see what firmware is installed

LAN-cable must be connected to i-connect from broadband router for channs. to unscramble. Connect co-axial cable to A750 & connect scart from A750 to TV. All this info should be in manuals which came with A750 & i-connect. Look at E45's posts on this forum & click on link i-connect post under his signature.
i think thats what the problem is i never got a manual with the i-connect i bought that on its own and only that was in the box will take your advice and look up the post you mentioned thanks a lot will get back to you also just moved house and all my spare cables are buried in the shed thanks
You only connect 3 cables to i-connect; RS-232 cable from A750 LAN-cable from router Main power cable
