I have a problem. I am using evolution x I cant seem to change my ip address. I go under system utils and then setting and it gives me the ip address 192.somthing.0.3 and a default gateway and dns servers are both set at 0.0.0.0. I connect my xbox to the internet using a lan at my school, and this static ip makes absoluitly no sense at all on the network so there is no way it can connect. So now i cant ftp to my hardrive and now i cant use xbl. So i basically have a soft modded xbox with non of the benifits and no xbl either. ive tried changing the ip and stuff but after that the only button i can press is "B" (ive tried all the buttons) and i cant seem to let it save because when i go back to the settings menu it go right back to the other ip. Can anyone please help!!!! Thank you so much in advance
sorry everyone, i figured it out. i didnt know you could SCROLL DOWN to hit save changes, i feel like an idiot. thanks anyways
