evox.ini prob

    I am a noob trying to install apps on xbox I think my problem is with the ini file.When I launch menu
    and click on apps the file is there but it is in red.
    Please help.

    this is probly because you haven't got the apps in you xbox
    did you use evox or did you use slayers auto installer 2.5

    used evox but the apps are there i ftp'd them over
    i just cant run them

    ok can you paste a copy of your ini file this will give us more info
    also have you got an updated hdd (have you installed another hdd)
    it may be that it's pointing to an f: and not e: ect...

    If you are seeing it but the app shows in red then it might be missing files / corrupt files.

    Like Peachymo said, the .ini will help

    ok guys i finally got my apps working and installed another hdd but now when i disable the mod chip so i can get the xbox dashboard it says to call customer support.

    Have you locked your HDD? If not then there's your problem!

    I installed a seagate 80 gig hdd and i don't if it is lockable.

    I'm sure it is have you tryed to lokc it yet if so what progrm u using?
