hi my modded xbox worked fine until I turned it on today and the original dashboard came up instead of my evox dashboard. Is there anyone out there who can help me get it back and maybe tell me whaT I did wrong so it wont happen again.

When you leave your box unplugged for a long period of time about 6 hours, the mod instructs the box to jump into the retail ms dash so that you can set the clock. It will always happen, its completely normal and unavoidable unless you never unplug the box. But just like any electronic appliance it should be left unplugged when not in use though. Then all you have to do is the in-game-reset combination of buttons and your evox will load.

i havent unpluged it but I did try the l +r and the black button and it didnt do anything. It still shows the evo x logo in the corner when its booting up but then goes to the factory dashboard. is there any other way?

Just use Slayers to reinstall the dash!
