ex1000sl channels keep breaking up

    Hi iam woundering if anyone can help,iam having a problem with my eurovox ex1000sl and the channels are keep breaking up.It only started today.I have the latest uk fix on it and iam based in galway.hope some one can help.thanks torres9

    ive got the same box and i used the same fix and its fine. i tink it cud be the cable feed in2 your box is the problem, make sure that the wire is'nt cut or dameged or go to the sorse of were your cable cums in nd make sure it's all ok, thats sounds like the prob to me

    Hi fla1101 thanks for getting back to me with some advice.I done a factory reset and that has sovled the problem.when i put the new fix on i never done a factory rest so mabye that could of been problem.thanks for your help.torres9

    Hi Fla1101 hws it going?I was having that problem again with channels breaking up so i reflashed and rescaned but did not make a difference.I use a boster so i took feed out and put direct in to box and works perfect so i wont use the boster.Only reason i used it was cause it sharps up picture.

    A high signal strength is as bad as a low signal, in fact if you have a very high signal strength, it will cause the picture to pixellate/breakup, that is why the CCs regularly use attenuators to smooth out the signal strength.
