executer2 slow boot

    hi i have an old modded xbox that i thought quit working....so it sat for a few years until i decided to give it a try again only to realize its not broke ...just running rediculously slow. i have executer 2 and evolution x. any ideas would be very helpfull

    now i am getting an :(Ooops! Something is wrong!) message with an error code of 09.
    any insite would be appreciated
