explorer.exe 100% CPU Usage

    hi i have this problem where if i acceses folders with a lot of files like music or a lot of videos the explorer.exe process jumps to 100% CPU usage.
    I have to end process and run it again every time its such a pain, i reformatted my pc and still the problem is there so i think its not a virus and spyware problem.
