I have been told it is possible to buy an external enclosure for an internal hard drive which will allow me to play DVD's stored on the hard drive directly to TV (Great way to stop the kids scratching the originals !!) Is this true ? can anyone give me info ? Is this the correct forum ? Thanks in advance
Hi, I am buying a hard drive media player from ebay(new) that is made by Iomega.It has 500gb of space and films can be downloaded to it from the computer and then it is attached to the TV by various ways, one of them being scart. It is quite small in size and has a remote control and apparently recognises all the main video and music formats. Maybe this would be good for you. Just put Iomega in general ebay search and it should come up. About £90. Cheers Jim
