extract portions of DVD-r made from digital tape

    I have many dvd-r with soccer games captured from digital 8mm video tape. I need to extract small portions of games onto a clean dvd to send to college coaches. I requet advice from experienced users. software?

    Hello.

    There are several choices. Among them are the following

    DVD Shrink in Re-Author mode allows for setting starting and ending frames in titles.

    I'd go with an editing program like TMPGEnc Author or NeroVision Express. Both have free trials. TMPGEnc Author would be my first choice over NeroVision.
