extracting and mounting

hi all,

I just downloaded need for speed of a torrent and it tells me to extract and then mount.
how do i do this?

 

Extracting the game (rar or zip) requires either WinRar or Winzip respectively, though WinRar will extract zip files.

Mounting: the image needs to be either mounted on a virtual CD drive (emulation software)..or you can burn it to CD with Nero and install directly.

 

here's the instructions could you please tell me step by step how i do this:

1) extract and mount

2) install

3) mount cd1 using d-tools

4) use sd4hider to hide virtual drives (if needed)

5) play
