Extracting files

    if there is a means of extracting files and turning them into ISO's will that be ok? or will i lose a lot of quility?

    Extracting files? What files?

    Use WinRar or 7zip.
    After that what files you have?

    .iso is just an cd/dvd-image. When you burn something with Nero, you can choose that do you burn it to cd/dvd or .iso file.
