Hi, first let me say that im not sure where this topic should have gone so I just put it here. Okay, heres my situation: I have an old animation collection. This animation is really dirty. It has such artefacts such as glue and scratches all over it. Now what I want to do is to extract every single image frame by frame from the animation and edit all the artefacts out of it. Then I want to put all the images back together to re-form the video. Now I am having a hard time looking for a program which can do this for me. If anybody knows of such program, I will be eternally grateful. Thanks in advance ~
