I have tried everything short of complete system restore. I am trying to run 2 of my ide dvd drives to an add-in card. Installed card first, restarted, then installed the burners. Everything is acknowledged and running. System ide controller seems normal. But I am unable to change DMA setting for the drives (on the add-in card), and they both read/write at a rate of 0.8X! I have tried to enter the cards bios, and am unable to do so, DONT KNOW HOW. My mobo's bios only gives an enable/disable function. Supposedly this cards bios can be entered but I am unable to find out how to do so, either via google or startech's website.

There doesnt seem to be anything WRONG with the card, I simply dont know what/how to tell it what to do with itself.
Any expertise would be GREATLY appreciated. :) Im darn near ripping my hair out here, LOL
Please note that the likely hood of it being a cable is UNLIKELY. They're brand new ide Round cables. Got a set of 2 (4 devices) One works perfectly, My luck cant be that bad, LOL
