F1 and F2 fuse and power switch

    Which fuse is on the curcuit for charging, and which for the curcuit for powering the machine? also how do you tell if the fuse or switch is stopping the ds powering? solder on switch and fuses looks ok and tested them with multi meter with the audio setting to see if there is a break in the curcuit and it seems not. please please help
