I accidentally downloaded a worm on facebook,mcafee did not catch it and it keeps reinstalling itself. It opens a E browser every few minutes with some ad that looks like my C folder showing it logged with trojans. Spybot Search and destroy found some worms but after deleting them it comes back. I have windows vista 64 bit,is there any programs out there that will kill this stupid worm?
Try to use Smitfix to remove the virus install the program and then restart the computer into safe mode run the program and run the scan and clean options and that should kill any processes creating this worm permanatly. after that just restart the computer in normal mode and everything should be fine.
