factory default

hi can someone tell me how to do a factory default on my eurovox max 2008 and if i do one will the new firmware i put in the other day be gone

 

go to menu and go to config and go to clear data and then factory default and no it wont clear the new firmware

 

thanks tempo i went into factory default it has erase all channels also in factory default it has symbol rate 6952 and 6887 do i get rid off 6952

 

6887 for n*l then rescan on 6887

 

6952 in factory default do i clear that and clear channels in factory default also there is a box beside 6952 with 6887 in it do i erase everything tempo

 

just do a factory default on the 6887 box and when you power scan it deletes the channels any how

 

iv tried that but still only 94 channels tempo

 

so your missing 44 channels how many transponders are you picking up

Press menu > user Installation > pin = 1004
And post what frequencies are in the list

Where are you located and what provider are you with ?

If you are missing frequencies.
To add these go to menu,installation,user installation and use the on button guide to add frequencies ( Green / Channel Edit , Red / Add Freq ). Info button will name them as you like .

For any frequency that you want to manually scan you select it in your list first by pressing OK when it is highlighted, ( a tick will appear beside the one you select), then you press the blue button to manually scan that frequency.

 

celtic iv tried putting in those freq but alot of them dont work the signal strenght drops and turns red when i put them in any other idea,s please
