factory reset

    anyone help ?? do you need to reinstall updating software after doing a factory reset ?? im thinking of doing one to try and find the new s** channels im missing (ssn,s**2,s**3,etc). on a starview, vm,north west.

    no, once u have the updated software it will be fine, a factory reset will not effct this, make sure to turn the emu bck on after factory reset

    Factory settings only deletes the channels, if its a SV1 or 2 you will also loose any favs you have saved, as rsmith says after you do this make sure you switch back on emu.

    yeah its an sv1 genuine, im havin problems tryna find the new s** channels and ive lost s** premiere movie also.tried autoscan and manual but no joy so far,il give the factory a go when i get home.
