I have never successfully backed up a dvd . I moved my dvd -writer to a windows 98 machine. I used dvd decrypter to rip a dvd image to my harddrive but when I click on write it starts out by saying , failed to set write parameters as an error message but the counter keeps moving. I quickly stop the recording in fear of messing up another high dollar dvd-r . Is there any fix for this error. I would love to successfully back-up a dvd or ps2 dvd rom game.
