After literally 6 hours of trying to figure things out... i give up. I thought i had everything soldered right... i flashed the chip and plugged the cube into the tv... no video. resolder the yellow wire and got solder everywhere. Tried desoldering and doing it over and over and over and over again and kept failing. Maybe I burnt out something on the board.... i don't know. If you have any suggestions that'd be great. Otherwise you'll be seeing it on ebay for parts real soon.
Does anyone know how hard it is to replace the motherboard? or even where to get one cheap? I saw one at http://www.xboxrepairguide.com/replacement-motherboard-p-787.html Other than that i'm out of ideas
