So I have had a spaff(suspension) with youtube over a anime clip that hasn’t even been licensed in the US, so I want to brush up on my fair use knowledge regarding clips and parody, because it’s clear the system lets companies troll for anything that appears to be anything they want it to be and then about it.


I am looking for forums and detailed info sites or blogs, preferably forums.
