According to a article on this site (http://www.engadget.com/2006/09/25/microsoft-claims-successful-patch-against-fairuse4wm-1-2/) windows has released a "patch" that will stop the use of FairUse4WM and it accomplishes this by doing something to the IBX components. So your best bet would be to wait until a new version of FairUse4WM comes out to overcome this.
man... i'm so tired of winBLOWS, all the stuff i have to get to put MY music cds to mp3. i paid for the audio cd, i/we should not have to get progams to bypass this drm crap. winBlows big time
