    Hi everyone,
I have tried everything and was hoping for any other suggestions, I think Im going to have to take my psp apart to solve this.
I managed to buy a fake memoy stick from ebay which has become jammed into my psp. The casing on the stick broke and i melted the plastic back together using a lighter. I have tried and tried to remove it to the point where the top part has disintergrated and can no longer even be touched. If anyone can guide me on what to remove and what not to remove in order to get the memory stick out, i would be forever thankfull. Regards Paul

Open it yourself, or get someone else to do it for you. Or, if you like wasting money, buy a new PSP with a REAL memory stick. Track down the seller of the memory stick and see if you can get money for the PSP :| There's a slim chance of you getting any money from the seller but try.

actually women have this eye thing, i used it when mine was stuck too, but i don't know how bad yours is, i've taken out a couple of times, the best solution so far i've found it's to buy Instant adhesive (i used loctite super bonder) then i re-constructed my ms.

(Be carefull not to reach the contacts area cuz if u do u are screwed.)

But now u are probably questioning since the surface has grown a little it won't fit.

don't worry once you are sure it's dry, get some water paper to give it the shape back or just grab your mom nail thing.

Mine is working great i keep taking it in and out without any worries.

and the chances of getting your money back it's like 1 a million, and i suggest you buy at retailers cuz i regret i saved like 25$ , let me tell u not worth it

As Chaos_zzz said, you should use the Womens "eye" thing, otherwise known as a tweezer.

You should be able to clip the memory stick out using the tweezer. If this doesn't work try using a needle to poke the memory stick so that the spring action pops it out.

thanks for all the responses, took it apart, managed to get it together again after removing 4 bits of card, couple of bits playing up, think the nub is off ecentre and the memory stick slot not longer works. Broke a bit of my fromt tooth off by biting the card and pulling it from the slot, think I may have damaged the pins.
