i recently got my laptop formatted by a friend who said he had xp on disk, but since i have recieved it, it says it did not pass the windows advantage tool, an the bakground of the laptop is black, i was wondering if there was a way round this without buying windows as i cant afford it at the minute?? any help would be much appreciatted!!
Yes, there are some easy ways to get around the genuine avantage hoopla. However they are not allowed on this forum and thus I won't mention them in detail. Smart use of Google will give you the solution.
