Fan Compatibility

I have an HP Pavillion Desktop
I am looking at these 2 fans

I have plenty of space and open places in my place to mount and connect them. Are there any other issues I should be aware of?

Thanks for the help. my mobo has a 3 pin so its good. Plugged the fan in and its been running great for a couple days now.
