   i am using an old hp pavilion with 900mhz processor and 128mb of ram and was wondering which avi/dix to dvd program can i use to get the fastest results?

   I don't know if it's the fastest, but ConvertX2dvd is a quality product.

   I generally set it to run overnight so time is not a problem.
   Suggest you try it and see.
