I'm looking to build a spare junk computer, and i have my original 8GB xbox hard drive not being used. Can i format that somehow to FAT or something similar. I would imagine i have to put it back in my drive and unlock it right, any help would be greatly apreciated. thanks in advance. Jared
I havent personally tried this yet. I do know however that it is possible. Bios will read the xbox drive (seagate, Western Digital, etc) as an IDE hard disk. then the first thing is to unlock the drive (i would recomend using team executors config magic in the xbox) then take it out... put it in the comp. Make a boot disk or just plain install windows and it will format the drive to a fat partition. Have fun. -Dex
