Got this on contract from o2 online, The first problem i came across was the fact that the light on the camera flashed on and off all the time The second problem is that the charger does not work,the only way i can charge this is thru the usb cable from my pc to my mobile The problem i have is that the phone is scratched and if i try to send it back they could maybe say that the reasons why the phone is faulty is due to me handling it without care?
sounds like yoyu have insurance on it, just lie give it to someone to take care of for a while lol ,and tell o2 that it has been stolen , they will send you a replacement, then you will have 2 w810s but youll have to unlock the 'stolen' one
