if you notice your wii freezes and or crashes while trying to play a ripped or burned copy of a game try these simple steps.

    Dios mios:

    1. make sure the image is valid do a checksum verification on the iso the same checksum that is on the listed torrent should match the iso if it doesn't then its a bad image or a damaged image and will most likely freeze or crash.

    2. make sure you update to the latest version of both programs including your cios updates and the dios mios updates as well.

    3. make sure your drive flash or other is up to snuff on running games and doesn't enter sleep mode while running a title.

    Regular burn and boot.

    1. download:

    Cdburner xp (windows)

    burn (mac os x )

    toast (mac os x)

    imgburner (windows)

    2. install

    3. run checksum verification on iso image.

    4. if checksums are correct burn to disk if not try to download again and see if the checksum doesn't change if it doesn't please watch out for sting torrents there torrents with faulty iso's so your isp can track you and what you are downloading how you can tell a stinger it only has 1 seeder and the speed is running in dialup kilobytes and doesnt change.

    5. also look for avi files included with the iso because most of these are garbage iso files and the avi can be illegal as heck and get you arrested.

6.also any file that comes as a rar file and says password.txt or README1ST or get password here stay away from there mostly virus and malware no wii iso should be password protected if it is run and run fast.

This should help you with your wii experiance and with getting your wii working well and right
