Hi, Could someone pls tell me why the icons that appear on your favorites list when adding a favorite dont stay. For example if you add the American Express site as a favorite. To start with you get a company logo or symbol against the name, then after a while it is just the IE icon. The yahoo logo's stay but nothing else seems to. Really stupid I know but it annoys me. Can someone tell me how to prevent this pls. Thanks
Well, its a lil script in html called favicon... What they do is they make there lil icon, then imbed the script into there site, upload it to there site and its nice an peachy for you to see... if you open up internet explorer>tools>internet options... then under tempory internet files click settings>view files... then when that opens right lclick and order files by type... scroll down to the icons, and you can see usually around 7 icons named favicon.ico... well, i think if you serach google you should be able to find the script somewhere... any mroe questions?
