    Carried out a rescan on ex5000pvr but now lost favourites all chanels in one list how do I get them back into favourites automatically? Thanks

    you should have saved them first b4 u updated the box.... think u may have lost them

    No there is no way to do this now , you should have uploaded them first !!!

    I had similar...just put the previous s/w back on...retuned then flashed with latest s/w...no need to retune

    after installing the new firmware my 'favourites' function no longer works ??? any ideas ?

    Had to do it manually with favourite manager
