Would someone please explain to me how to get this to work with viper extreme. when i got the file from the official web page, it contained a read me (not helpful at all) and the fceugx-gc.dol. When i burned the supplied dol and my nes games to a mini DVD, i was able to browse the DVD, but when i go to run the dol file, nothing seems to happen. I get a green screen, and that's all. I cant go to the fceugc menu, none of the buttons on the control work. I also tried to stream it using the USB cable, but I get the same results. Do I have to inject the dol with a rom? If so, how do I do this? I did find an older fceugc here that someone made about a year or more ago, and it had a fceugc-viper.dol inside the zip. I was able to get it to work, but not the newer version which is what i want to use (cheats are now supported). Whats the difference between the viper dol and the dol i got from the official site? I know the GC is old and I'm sure many have moved on, to possibly the Wii, but Im not going to go buy a Wii just for this. I appreciate any help I can get. These forums are most times very helpful, and people seem to be willing to help.
