quick question please guys.when you start fifa it says check for online squad update? does this mean in the jan transfer window and a player joins another club it will update him to the new squad?
Yeah I think so. Like in Madden 08, after Chris Chambers was traded from Miami to San Diego, he was now on San Diego's team so that was cool!!
actually this game sucks. Winning eleven is way better. this game is just a cheap copy. Ciompare fifa from 2 years back to this fifa and you will see how it has changed to become a winning eleven clone. Even the "new controls" mimic winning elevens controls button for button. whack
winning eleven is crap! who wants to play manchester blue or london? gameplay mabye slightly better but you cant even get the proper strips or anything!
i do agree that licensing sucks, but you can always download the team kits off the internet. I can live playing with man red vs manchester united if the gameplay is better
Winning eleven is awful, you must not be able to afford FIFA 08 and you got your Winning eleven at your local clearance bin (where it ended up in no time, least at my stores).
winning eleven (pro evolution soccer here in the uk) 2008 is a better game then fifa but unlike two or threee years ago, its only slightly better, it used to be massively better. Difference is now fifa is just becoming pro evolution very quickly... where pro evolution soccer is having minimal updates... so fifa appears to be catching up but pro will always be slightly one step ahead in my opionion. The licensing isnt a problem for me its easy enough to correct
