hi everyone, for some reason when I play fifa 10 online every single time I play an online game it asks to download squads and eventhough I select to save the squads the next online game it asks to download squads again. It wouldn't bother me except a lot of times when I go to the team selection screen it looks like people left because it took too long to connect. This happens regardless of what online game mode I play (1v1 or team play), it doesn't happen with my friend when he plays online. Any opinions or suggestions are welcome.
Nothing you can do about it. I'm not sure the reason why but it's been like that since FIFA 07. It might be to stop people making custom squads to cheat with. Your best bet is asking on the FIFA 10 forums.
He was playing ranked games... I was actually able to fix this without getting in touch with EA. I kinda had a feeling the squads weren't being saved for some reason eventhough I was selecting to save. The way I fixed it was to turn auto save on from my profile settings and when I went to play online game it did the download thing and now it works without asking me to save every game I play. I turned auto save off and it still works. I guess it's gonna be fine until the next squad update.
