Ok I have a problem I'm using nero 6 to burn my .avi films to cd however I now have got a few files that are over 700mb and would not burn on to a cd-r is there anyway around this? biggest I have is 798mb I don't have any other form of storage and do not want to lose quality of the films. Can you give me any suggestions?

    1. If you do have some time, look around for the 900 and 800MB cds... the smaller the store the more likely you'll find it :D

    2. More specific info can be found on the Video forums but there are some quick solutions....

    - Cut out the opening and closing credits (quickest solution, <5 minutes)
    - Recode the audio at a lower bitrate (simple 10-20 minute job if its MP3, a little more complicated if it's AC3)
    - Recode the video bitrate (loooooooooong)

    3. ...790MB..... is this a AVI file or a VCD ... VCDs are supposed to be 790MB and to be burned on 700MB discs. :)
