File Error

    Help, I got a really annoying problem. When I start up windows I get this message "Windows cannot find 'C:\WINDOWS\Nail.exe'.Make sure you typed the name correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the start button, and then click Search." I can't find the file. So please how do I get rid of the message?

    it is spyware according to this link & others. do you know how to use regedit?? check in msconfig to see if nail.exe is there.
