File Formats

    I just downloaded a movie from MIRC...its in a "TCF" file I wanna know how to play/burn to VCD or SVCD this file...

    I'm a total beginning so cut me some slack

    Read our article section, the one that says "DivX to VCD with subs" or something along those lines -- if you don't need subs, skip directly to the TMPGEnc part.
