its acting strange if you look at the pic the file system is messed up.I removed all traces i could find of dvdfab. used ccleaner next reloaded fab back in and the next rip the same file system showed up? any thoughts?
the system that is showing could be the actual DVD! did you try to play the movie from the VIDEO_TS folder? if it works then you have no problem...... just follow the files structure and either use Shrink or just burn to a DVD9!~ Which ever way you do it ..... so long as you have a working movie then you can use it the way you normally do.
ihoe it all works find. but if you notice there is 2 main movie file folder and the 2nd one is under full disc.
there is nothing wrong with your programs.... it's the DVD...... if it has 2 folders with 2 movies.... could be widescreen and full screen versions! who knows.... so long as the movie is ripped to the hard drive then you work it with other programs to burn to disk!
ihoe thanks i figured out what was happening.the target file path somehow got messed up. user error is the best assumption. so it was making a double folder. yes all the dvd info was there and proper like you stated. it was just bother some to open two main movie folders to access it... i should of stated the question better... as usual
ah, i wish i'd have replied when i first saw this thread now, as i could have told you the answer; i had this problem some months back, was scratching my head for a couple days over that one, and it turned out to be the same problem as you had
yup, i was running 3 DVDFab machines, one of which is a laptop, depending how much disc space i had on the laptop i'd sometimes rip to a USB hard drive, and had mistakenly set DVDFab to the wrong folder I did the same on DVD Rebuilder too, kept having movies with other movie folders; too many machines, too many folders
creaky the only way i found to get rid of the extra folder was to unistall dvdfab and folders from my doc. after i did this dvdfab had the default folders back was there an easier way than doind all that? (to remove the folders out of the target window in dvdfab) thank
yes, just delete the unwanted nested folder from within windows explorer, then use DVDFab to navigate to the correct folder
