Just wandering on the better way to go. I had kazaa lite, but has problem connecting, also that one Ares that I seen CoZZa mention, has problem connecting as well. I want something that doesnt have a bunch of crap bundled with it, if theres any such thing anymore... Thanks again..
Ares does take a few minutes to initally connect, but after that its fine. Ares includes NavHelper, which is Spyware, but when you install Ares, just take the tick out of NavHelper and it wont install. I had that problem after a few months on Connecting to Ares on anohter computer on the network, i found a registry fix for it, applied, and connects in less then a minute. Not 100% sure where i found it though. Regards CoZZa

I still cant find where i got it from, so i have uploaded it to my webspace. http://cozza.spymac.net/RegFix.zip Just download that file, open the Zip file and double click the ConnCheck.reg and when it asks do you want to add to registry select Yes. Regards CoZZa
Hi CoZZa, me again. tried that reg fix, it installed alright, but it still wont connect, I even turned off my firewalls. Still nothing. Any other suggestions?
