THat up to u to decide which one wroks for you. The one i use is called Limewire, it is efficient and gets the job. But anything could work too.
Also, some are easy to use, and others are alittle more detailed, i.e. DC++ I use Limewire also, very fast, easy, the skins are cool, and you can refine your searches.
bearshare lite uses gnutella networks which makes it faster, you can download games,movies.tv shows,music, pictures, programs, and much more. it is pretty much as good as bearshare pro which you have to pay for, although with lite it's free
I would recomend "Warez P2P Client" because it's faster than morpheus (in my opinion), and because it has less spyware than almost all the others. If you want a P2P program with absolutely no spyware/adware, then I would go for WinMX.
