file size reduction

    Hi, can anybody tell me if there's a program for reducing the size of a movie file so that it fits to disc without losing any video quality. Must be windows 7 ompatible, thanks

    I doubt that's possible.
    If it's a DVD movie that you want to backup you can use DVD Shrink or DVD Rebuilder
    If it doesn't have to play on a standalone DVD player, then converting the DVD movie to mp4 format using the likes of Staxrip.
