hey everyone- im backing up my copy of "remember the titans", and when i opened it up with shrink, the file "red-barred". (with the compression settings at the lowest possible point, this dvd was still too big. im not sure exactly what to do at this point. i tried to reauthor the dvd using shrink, but i'll lose menu functionality. is there a program where i could remove the different screens and features from the dvd while still preserving the menu functions...?? any help would be awesome!!! thanks guys
wont that make the quality absolutly horrible?? im looking for more of a way to delete the un-necessary stuff. (screens, intro clips, etc) ive already stripped the audio down to just dts and ac3. please help!
Absolutely! And it's one of my favorites - DVD Stripper. It's a front-end for DVD Decrypter and IFOEdit so you'll need to install both of those. Here are a couple of links to get you started: DVD Stripper download and basic instructions, http://www.dvdstripper.com/ FAQ and many good tips, http://www.dvdrbase.com/showthread.php?t=33795 Give the links a look-see, install the apps then play around with it for a bit. It's pretty straightforward but you need to be careful when removing menus. It's a good idea to run the finished files through a software player and check all the munu functions before you burn. Have fun and pop back in if you have questions
thanks for the link...but i cant find the download link...(dvd stripper) i think i might be blind....
